Desired Candidate Profile

Web Developer:

* Strong front end and back end development experience.
* PHP 5 and strong OOP experience are mandatory.
* Knows JavaScript and jQuery.
* Experience using third-party API’s and web services via SOAP, JSON, or XML.
* Strong MySQL knowledge (can design tables, write own queries, understand joins, indices and keys)
* Basic server administration.

Web Designer:

* The candidate must have real-time knowledgeable experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,     InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, HTML, Visual UI, Coral Draw and AS2/3.
* Should have knowledge of SEO, SMO, CMS friendly design processes.
* Should have knowledge of color theories and lay out principles.
* Should also have a working knowledge of website user experience and graphic optimization for the     web.
* Needs imaginative flair, awareness of current trends in visual art.

All openings also require:

* Should be able to handle both Affiliate network & general web projects comfortably.
* Should be able to identify & handle cross browser/platform issues.
* Should be a highly motivated individual who exhibits a high degree of initiative and ability to learn     and adapt.
* Work with project managers to define and estimate technical scope.
* Collaborate with a team of designers to develop high-end websites and applications.
* Should be able to handle pressure.

Job Description

Web Developer:

Should have extensive real time experience in Affiliate Network based projects.
Responsibilities involve script development in PHP, Java, jQuery & MySQL with high turnaround times, efficiency & tolerance. Update and maintain existing web applications and sites.

Web Designer:

Responsibilities involve creative design & development of mailers, newsletters, landing pages, online marketing media tools like banners, skyscrapers, peel aways and primarily flash enabled websites.
